Across a two-decade international career including many years in Dubai and the Middle East he worked at the leading edge of enterprise technology, AI, automation, and market intelligence, helping major organizations and financial institutions cut through hype, evaluate opportunities, and act on evidence instead of assumptions.

    His formal grounding in Business Strategy, Sales and Marketing, Competitive intelligence, and Business Analytics beginning with his postgraduate studies at the Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management shaped a career defined by one discipline: know more than the room before you walk into it.

    Then he looked at how Canadian real estate actually works, and saw a problem he couldn’t unsee.

    Buyers were making the biggest financial decision of their lives with less research than a corporation would apply to a small software purchase. In pre-construction especially, families were committing six and seven figures based on a rendering, a sales office, and a brochure.

    So, Karan did what a strategist does: he built the infrastructure to fix it.
